| Qualifications for Top Teacher Awards: |

Top Teacher will be based upon the number of entries received and danced (Junior entries will only count toward the Top Junior Teacher Trophy) |

All entries and fees must be received before the deadline of July 15, 2005 |
|
In the event of a tie for first place, the sum of the 1st and 2nd place awards will be split equally (i.e., each will receive $4,500). This also applies to all other placements.

Top Studio Awards |
| A special and distinctive Empire State Dance Sport Championships trophy will be awarded to the top studio in the following categories: |
| Small Studio: |
Minimum of three (3) competing students |
| Medium Studio: |
Minimum of six (6) competing students |
| Large Studio: |
Minimum of eight (8) competing students |

Studio Formations |
| Empire State Dance Sport Championships trophies will be awarded to the top three formations. |
| Formations should consist of a minimum of six participants with the maximum number of professionals not to exceed 30% of the total number of participants. |
| Formations will be judged on best theme, most original, and best overall presentation. |
|
